Egg freezing is the process of extracting, freezing and storing eggs to preserve your future fertility.
What is social egg freezing?
Social or elective egg freezing is for healthy people aged 36 years and under who have eggs but aren’t ready to be parents yet. Medical egg freezing is for people who may have difficulty conceiving due to a health condition or medical treatments.

What is the best age to freeze my eggs?
The best age to freeze eggs is in your 20s or mid-30s. Statistically, younger eggs produce more live births. However, studies show that people who freeze their eggs between the ages of 32 and 38 are more likely to use their eggs.1,2
